Our Shipping Policy
Currently the Cozy’s Scrapbooking website only offers shipping within the United States to all 50 states. We do plan to offer international shipping on the website in the future so please check back soon. Items will either be shipped in a padded envelope or USPS box. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service at a flat rate.

Our Refund/Return Policy
Items purchased from the Cozy’s Scrapbooking website may be returned within 30 days of arrival for a full refund (less shipping). Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced if the item is in stock or refunded if not.
